OVERVIEW

EliteVault™ products are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.

This Warranty Policy applies to purchases made through getelitevault.com for delivery within the United States.

WHAT IS COVERED

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

Warranty claims are reviewed individually.

If a claim is approved, EliteVault™ may provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, product availability, supplier terms, and applicable law.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic wear
• Natural leather patina
• Scratches from normal use
• Accidental damage
• Misuse
• Improper care
• Unauthorized modifications
• Loss
• Theft

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

Customer Support may request additional information if needed to evaluate the claim.
