OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and related requests work for orders placed through getelitevault.com.
Our store is powered by Shopify. Orders, payments, and refunds are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and payment systems.
This Policy applies to orders placed through getelitevault.com for delivery within the United States.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Unused products in their original packaging are eligible under EliteVault’s 30-Day Return Policy.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The product is unused.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• You can provide proof of purchase or your order number.
• You contact Customer Support and receive return authorization before shipping the item back.
Items showing signs of use, excessive wear, missing parts, or missing or substantially damaged packaging may not qualify for a return.
If you have any questions regarding your return eligibility, please contact Customer Support before returning your item.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Please do not send any product back without prior authorization.
Before returning an item, contact:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Product name
• Reason for the return
• Clear photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
After reviewing your request, Customer Support will confirm whether your return is approved and provide return instructions.
Returns shipped without prior authorization may be refused.

RETURN SHIPPING
Responsibility for return shipping will be communicated after your return request has been reviewed and approved by Customer Support.
EliteVault™ does not offer free returns as a standard benefit.
Prepaid return labels are provided only when expressly approved by Customer Support for a specific case.
Please retain your shipment tracking information until your return has been fully completed.

APPROVED RETURNS — PROCESSING TIME
Approved returns are processed within 5 business days.
After EliteVault™ initiates an approved refund, your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
Refunds are not automatic and are subject to review in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your product for another EliteVault™ product, please contact support@getelitevault.com before returning your item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability, authorization, and this Refund Policy.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@getelitevault.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs showing the issue
Customer Support will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@getelitevault.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, any request will be handled under this Refund Policy.

RETURNS VS. WARRANTY CLAIMS
A standard return is handled under this 30-Day Return Policy for unused products in their original packaging.
Warranty claims relate to defects in materials and workmanship and are evaluated separately under the EliteVault™ 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy.
A warranty claim does not automatically result in a refund or replacement.

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
A return request may be declined if:
• The product falls outside the applicable return period.
• The product has been used.
• The product is not in its original condition.
• Original packaging is missing or substantially damaged.
• Return authorization was not obtained before shipment.
• Required order information or supporting photographs cannot be verified.

• Free returns unless expressly approved for a specific case.
